Choosing a Puja Kit
Start from the puja or occasion you are preparing for. PujaPrem should show the linked primary kit, its approved level, exact packed contents, and related reviewed Guide where available.
If the structured relationship does not exist yet, the storefront should not guess which kit is religiously appropriate.
What is included?
Physical kit contents come from the structured Kit Profile. The product description is not the source of truth for what is packed.
If a kit changes, the contents version and structured rows should change with it.
What should I arrange separately?
Fresh or locally sourced items are shown separately from shipped kit contents so customers can prepare without confusing a religious requirement with a physical package inclusion.
Product help
Use the PDP for verified variant, usage, material, storage, safety, and replenishment information. Product facts and devotional instructions remain separate concerns.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery estimates should come from supported Shopify/Shiprocket service data. PujaPrem should not promise an arrival date that the configured carrier/service cannot support.
Real tracking and delivery-exception status will be verified through the Shiprocket integration layer.
Payments
Checkout and configured Razorpay methods are handled through the real Shopify checkout flow. The Theme Lab does not process payments or prove gateway behavior.
Orders & support
Order, payment, fulfillment, and shipment answers must come from their systems of record. Support and future Hermes agents must not invent status.
Practical help with Puja Kits, products, shipping, checkout, and orders. Detailed devotional guidance is kept separate and will be audited before public launch.
